Once you fill in the short request form, our team reviews your request and matches you with available, verified properties. We’ll contact you within 24–72 hours to confirm options or ask follow-up questions if needed.
Will I be able to view the property before accepting it?
Yes sure! However, we can also send you photos, key details, and in some cases a video tour - this will make the process much quicker. If the property is close to your location and you're available to view in person, we’ll arrange that too.
What happens after I’ve been matched?
You’ll receive a confirmation with the next steps — this usually includes landlord contact, payment terms, and move-in instructions. Once you confirm, we’ll help finalise the booking and stay in touch to make sure your move goes smoothly.
